The economic crisis caused by COVID-19 is unprecedented in nature and effect. To help printing companies navigate through the crisis to reach the recovery period on the other side, NAPCO Media Research, a service of NAPCO Media, and the PRINTING United Alliance have launched Volume 1 of the COVID-19 Print Business Indicators Research.
More than 500 printing companies from across the U.S. and Canada participated in the inaugural survey. Participants include commercial printers, graphic and sign producers, apparel decorators, functional printers, and package printers/converters.
The results of the first survey indicate a deep contraction across the printing industry. Still, printing companies are maintaining an attitude of determination, and are taking action to protect and position their companies to survive the crisis.
